85th Oscars

N.B. This article was written the night before the Oscars and the Amour part was written later after the Oscars night

This article about the movies which are nominated for Oscars 2013, it's my personal opinion and it's not a professional critique. Let's Start!

-Lincoln:
A movie about father Abraham one of the most important fathers of USA, a movie shows the passing of the Thirteenth Amendment that banned Slavery in USA. Despite some people think that Lincoln was a loser who had a good communication skills and a good speaker talent who lost two times congress elections, and they see that the Northern Industrial States used him for beating the Southern Agricultural States to make them in a need of the new technology in front of the human power represented in Slavery, but you can say it was a useful usage for the humanity of those people who suffered from Slavery.
This movie makes me wondering, why the southern states are now republican states despite the Republicans were fighting slavery? and how the Democrats, who were supporting Slavery, are now the symbol of liberation and equality?
And despite the ploitical argument around Lincoln and the Civil War in America, this movie is completely clarified the Acting abilities of Mr. Daniel Day Lewis and made me impressed with that great astonishing performance, but what made me really impressed and happy are the performances of both Tommy Lee Jones and Sally Field. What made me really astonished is that I didn't expect this great perfomance...Just WOW
About Directing, I don't know what is the real impressive thing about Spielberg. I found him very normal, his cadres are ordinary, yes he is caring about the details but he is still ordinary.
This movie will win the best picture of the year, but this is very injustice. It will win because of a completely political view.

-Django Unchained:
It's a Quentin Tarantino movie, how can you resist it?! Yes, it's bloody, but it's bloody good picture.
It's talking also about slavery, 5 years before the civil war, I won't talk much about the story.
I'll go straight to the perfomace of the Actors, and in this point I want to say "God Damn the Academy"...at this movie you can give 3 Oscars to three actors with a very relieved conscience.
The first Oscar goes obviously to Christoph Waltz who is always making a great perfomance. The second Oscar goes to Leonardo DiCaprio, finally during my life, I've watched DiCaprio acting differently and I mean it by all ways. The third one goes to Samuel L. Jackson OMG!!! how did he do this role, just amazing...a great picture.

-Les Miserables:
What can I say, it's just a miserable movie -I hate musicals- I think that singing in a movie like this reduces the quality of Drama and Acting. The only thing that this movie clarify is the multi-talented people of Hollywood (actors & actresses). At last, the best supporting actress will go to Anne Hathaway but she is in a huge competition with Sally Field.

-Life of Pi:
Do you believe in god?! this is what this movie about. It's about your beliefs and how at some hard times you may lose your faith and belief.
This movie is a real piece of art, while watching it, you're living a great experience of visual effects and colors. Amazing technology was used in this movie, specially when you know that the tiger was a fully graphics illustrated.
Ang Lee is a very strong competitor this year, because of his great effort to make this piece of art.

-Zero Dark Thirty:
Kathryn Bigelow, what the hell girl?! you're limiting yourself in that damn Middle East terrorism area!
Why you are doing t
his?
This movie shows the CIA agents as a group of dummies, and by this I'm talking about that scene when the CIA agent made a "Birthday Cake" for a terrorist and invited him to a US Army base and guess what! they didn't search him for bombs and they didn't inspect his car too!! and guess what else! yes, he bombed himself and they're dead O_o
I really can't believe that Kathryn Bigelow did create this shit!! even if this scene happened in real life, it must not appear like this in a movie, you lost your honesty!

-Argo:
This movie is a very good one. What I was hoping for this movie is to be nominated for Best Directing, Ben Affleck really deserves this award. This movie simply won't win the best picture because the academy finds this movie is politically impolite unlike his brother political movie "Lincoln".
This acting in this movie is very ordinary and realistic and this is what it should be.

-Silver Linings Playbook:
This movie is in the competition specially for disturbing Argo, it's an extremely ordinary movie. I really can't get how this movie is nominated fro the six main categories in the Oscars.
In my opinion, the only one who deserves a nomination is Jennifer Lewrence and it's a very generous too.Bradley Cooper, I love him, but he really doesn't deserve a nomination, his performance isn't stunning. And the directing I found it very ordinary too so I'm suggesting a new category of the Best Ordinary movie!!!

-Beasts of the Southern Wild:
This movie is a more Sci-fi type, but it's not ordinary at all. In fact, it is the most unique movie I've watched since "District 9".
As the Sci-Fi movies always promise us of a black future, this movie is promising the same. As I said, it's a unique movie specially for the Cinematography and Directing, it's really a different movie.
This movie present a young sweet girl, she's amazing actress and she's only 9 years old. She is Quvenzhané Wallis.

-Amour:
Finally, I've watched this Great Picture. What an amazing performance by Emanuelle Riva, this movie is simply a myth. The most depressing movie I've ever watched, the most quite too and also one of the best movies I've ever watched.
This movie is about how, suddenly, you may lose the control of your life. You won't be able to walk or talk, you need someone to do every thing for you. How may you change from a caring person who spread love and happiness, change to, a person who must be took care of.
And finally, the people around you who loved you the whole life get tired and feel that you also can't handle this anymore, so they decided it's the END.
